Excellent Wizard build for leveling and Inferno

This build has good damage and mobility making it good for both Inferno and leveling.

1. Keep Energy Armor, Hydra and Magic Weapon up at all times.
2. Use Teleport to escape when taking damage or walled in (You can Teleport while jailed).
3. Use Blizzard to slow enemies.
